Our stylists are adept at making kids feel welcome and comfortable and can turn your vision for what your child's hair should look like into reality in no time flat. We understand that every family is busy, so we work efficiently with the goal of making your child look great every time you visit. We are following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all stations, high-touch surfaces, towels, capes and products are disinfected on a regular basis. Our kid-sized styling chairs are just the right size for a kid-friendly haircut adventure and also easy to sanitize between each of our little customers to ensure ultimate safety. When you're ready, so are we.

Our proprietary Snip-its hair care products are designed with kids in mind. They are naturally based, using plant-derived irritant and allergen-free ingredients in fun flavors like apple, strawberry, and more. They are formulated to be gentle on kids' sensitive skin, hair, and eyes. Snip-its also carries leading brands like Ladibugs Hair Care, Fairy Tales, Original Sprout, and Moroccanoil. Available products may vary by salon.

Because lice can happen to anyone at anytime, Snip-its stylists are trained to check for lice eggs during the parent/child consultation before any cutting of hair begins.
If your kids have lice, they're not alone. Every year, millions of kids get head lice with most cases occurring in preschool and elementary school-age kids. Because lice can happen to anyone, Snip-its stylists are trained to check for lice eggs during the parent/child consultation before any cutting of hair begins.
LICE PREVENTION TIPS
BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR BREAKOUTS
Educate your children about not sharing combs, hats, scarves, helmets, hair accessories, or any other object that might touch someone else's head. Lice crawl; they do not jump. They spread by head-to-head or head-to-object-to-head contact. Try to refrain from washing your child's hair every day. Lice like clean hair because it's easier to attach to. Instead, wash your child's hair every other day or even every third day with Snip-its Shampoo & Body Wash. Use a preventative, natural, leave-in lice repellant like Fairy Tales and Ladibugs Hair Care, sold at participating Snip-its, every day before school.

We were one of the first to provide this unique training for our stylists so coming to Snip-its is a positive experience for children with autism.
